Insurance and Payment
We participate and accept assignments from most major insurance carriers. Because insurance plans vary, please be sure to bring your dental insurance information with you to your first appointment. We are happy to provide pretreatment estimates should you or your insurance company require them.
To help us defray unnecessary expenses, please be prepared to pay your bill or co-pay at the time of your visit. If there is a reason why this may be difficult, please mention it to our receptionist in advance so special arrangements can be made. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
